Like many people, Tom had old porcelain crowns on his front teeth
that had dark lines near the gumline and did not have the natural
look that the newer materials have. We replaced these porcelain
crowns and bonded the rest of his teeth on the top to “fill out
his smile” so more than just the 4 front teeth show when he
smiles.
